Technical Business Analyst

What You’ll Do

• As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between stakeholders and the tech team, driving innovation and impact through digital solutions and internal tools.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Able to guide and assist users in prioritizing business requirements based on value, urgency, and strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Translate product strategy into prioritized backlogs and actionable items
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, solution architects and business teams to deliver value
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Validate solutions through research, feedback, and data-driven insights
• Ensure product outcomes are measurable and impactful
• Ensure all documentation is updated and traceable throughout the project lifecycle such as BRD, FSD, and User Stories
• Design business process flows, functional diagrams, and system architecture (UML, ERD, etc.)
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and coordination
• Able to troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations or solutions to users before involving developers and other relevant teams when incidents occur.
• Demonstrates adaptability and curiosity in learning and mastering new platforms, technologies, and development tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Hands-on experience in digital product development, system integration, or process improvement projects
• Experience in automation (RPA), API integration, and internal tool development (Java, Php, Git, Php, C++)
• Strong in business analysis: requirement gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, process modeling, and UAT
• Product management know-how: roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw(.)io, or Trello
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling shifting priorities
