Talent Acquisition Associate  

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in both tech recruitment and high-volume hiring. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring we bring in the right talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (customer service, finance, operations).
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create hiring plans.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Lead and coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events.
• Work with HR and business leaders to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of tech and non-tech talent.
• Use ATS and recruitment analytics to track performance and optimize efficiency.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or related field.
• Proficient in English, spoken and written (CEFR C1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech recruitment and mass hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions and levels.
• Skilled in competency-based and technical interviewing.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
