- Lead and manage the performance of the Reservation & Sales Team for MICE Operations.
- Ensure all group inquiries (MICE & Leisure) are handled promptly and proposals are well-tailored to client needs.
- Assess group requirements and competitive landscape before preparing and submitting proposals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute incentive trips, meetings, events, and group travel end-to-end.
- Manage logistics including accommodation, transportation, venues, and ancillary services.
- Negotiate budgets and collaborate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to create attractive travel packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, local suppliers, and key clients.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of sales representatives.
- Analyze sales data and performance trends to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive innovation by proposing creative travel concepts and new business opportunities
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or tourism industry.

Strong understanding of Inbound Travel Agency operations.

Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in time management, organization, and problem-solving.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimize performance.

Experience with Tour Plan or similar reservation systems is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development.
