Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Will be in-charge with the technical courses for the company's training program
2. Works under minimal supervision, and has the following major duties and responbilities:
- Upgrades FE training program which includes the development of strategy, curriculum and packages
- Implements and facilitates FE training program and operation
- Coordinates with Business Unit Managers and Engineers for training - Assists technical support and services
- Provides regular reports, assessment, evaluation, and analysis to improve the FE training program
- Stores and maintains training & trainees' records in their respective databases
- Promotes "learning" initiative
3. Performs assigned activities in conformance to integrated management system requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education / Experience / Skill / Training Required:
- Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course related to IT (e.g. Compute Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching or training experience in the industry, academe, or training organizations
- Has some experience in developing in C/C++, Java, Linux, UML, etc.
- Knowledgeable in standard office application like Windows 2000, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
- Must be amenable to work in Alabang and Makati
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Excellent team player
- Willing to learn Nihongo
- Adaptable and flexible
