Work Culture
- On-site Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

What You’ll Do
- Understand clients’ business objectives and design the right campaign strategies
- Guide the advertiser team (ad logic, copy, evaluation)
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (briefing, reporting, discussions)
- Organize and lead internal and external evaluation meetings
- Provide strategic insights based on campaign performance
- Mentor advertisers on mindset, strategy, and courage to act
- Report progress regularly to the CEO & Operational Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
Position: Junior Project Manager
We’re looking for a Project Manager—the backbone who can bridge client needs with the team’s capabilities.
Someone who thinks strategically, dives deep into briefs, connects people, and leads calmly and responsibly.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in an agency setting
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid digital campaign strategies
- Experience handling clients and directing a team
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Communicative, calm, supportive, and fully present
- Able to give and receive feedback with maturity
- Self-aware, responsible, and growth-oriented
- Loves the process, not just the outcome
