Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points

Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows

Design user interfaces that are clean, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers

Perform usability testing to gather feedback and improve the product through iteration
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Min. Bachelor’s degree from Visual Communication Design, any design-related major, or other relevant fields

Min. 4-5 years experience as UI/UX Design and/or Product Design. Experiences from finance company, tech/start-up with high-exposure of UI/UX would be an advantage

Strong understanding of UI/UX design and product design principles

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and similar platforms
-
Experience in conducting various types of user research, including fundamental research, directional research, and usability testing
-
Willing to WFO (Monday to Friday, from 9 AM - 6 PM) in BSD area.
