- Review and validate customer requirements gathered by the Pre-Sales Team.
- Challenge assumptions and clarify underlying business needs.
- Design end-to-end solution approaches based on Bosnet products and services.
- Recommend best-practice business processes to address customer challenges.
- Balance customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery feasibility.
- Minimize unnecessary customization and implementation risks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Information Systems or related field
- Have minimum 2 years experience as IT Business Analyst / Solution Architect / System Analyst / ERP Consultant
- Strong understanding in business process flow, database concept and system integration
- Experience in ERP / DMS / FMCG distribution system will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skill
- Good communication, problem solving, and high ownership
- Willing to work onsite from Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
