Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Experience: Minimum of [5-8] years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Java.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies, Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.

- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate backend services with various frontend and third-party applications.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices, development processes, and career growth.
