Product Manager  

• Responsible for the strategy, development, and lifecycle of a product, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and user needs to ensure the product meets market demands and company goals.
• Defining product vision and roadmaps, conducting market research and analyzing customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering and marketing), and overseeing the product's development and successful launch.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager/Product Owner in agile development environments, focusing on managing product development processes.

3. Fluent in Mandarin is a must

4. Proven experience handling the full product development lifecycle and delivering high-quality outcomes.

5. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

6. Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage product development timelines.

7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

9. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar).

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Optional/Preferred Experience in specific industries or domains, such as Mining Industry, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or manufacturing.
