- Manage and support application systems running on Windows (preferred) and Linux platforms.
- Perform SSL certificate lifecycle management, including CSR generation, certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Handle system integration setup such as Connect Direct (CD), MQ, and FTP for file transfers between systems.
- Configure and maintain web/application servers such as IIS (Internet Information Services) and/or WebSphere.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application and system-related issues.
- Execute database queries for validation, troubleshooting, and operational support purposes.
- Perform setup and commissioning of new servers across environments (UAT, Production, Disaster Recovery).
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities including testing and failover processes.
- Develop and maintain Windows batch scripts (.bat) for automation and operational tasks.
- Prepare and maintain documentation aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and deployments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in SSL certificate management, including CSR generation and certificate installation/renewal on Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting application issues on Windows platforms (Linux experience is a plus).
- Experience in system integration tools and protocols such as Connect Direct (CD), MQ, and FTP.
- Familiarity with configuring and managing IIS and/or WebSphere application servers.
- Strong knowledge of database querying (e.g., SQL).
- Experience in server setup and commissioning for UAT, Production, and DR environments.
- Experience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
- Knowledge or experience in Windows batch scripting (.bat).
- Good understanding of SDLC documentation and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
