- Analyze insurance data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Support business users with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes where possible.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with claims, underwriting, or policy data.
- Knowledge of insurance business processes and KPIs.
- Experience in report automation and data visualization.
