- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, including conference, focus group discussions (FGDs), and awarding
- Provide support during events, including handling on-site registration and ensuring smooth flow of activities
- Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Oversee event logistics such as venue arrangements, catering, and technical support Develop event timelines, checklists, and other planning documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Basic experience in event organization, project management, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines
- Intermediate skills in graphic design or video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
