- Competitor Analysis Monthly Report
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trend & channel algorithmn
- Translate monthly communication strategy to Editorial Plan & Daily Content for social media Dekoruma
- Execute strategy to increase engagement rate & reach rate Social Media Channel
- Handle End-to-End social media channel
- Collect & Track Data to analyze performance for each channel
- Create Weekly & Project based Analysis Report & Present
- Trend Analysis
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-2 year(s) experience in a social management role - either in an agency or a similar fast paced startup environment. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media analytics data is required
- Enthusiastic about social media trends and proactive in making recommendations
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting (mix of onsite work and work from home)
SKILL
- Quality project and time management
- Able to communicate with other departments and external vendors
- Strong creative reference, creative thinking especially for social and digital media related, open minded to updated trends
- Excellent copywriting skills and visual intelligence
- Comfortable with numbers and data-driven
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trend & channel algorithmn
- Basic content shoot & editing skill
- Comfortable in front of camera
- Able to adapt to regulatory changes
