Treasury Operations & Reconciliation
- Process and review payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and update daily cash positions
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding discrepancies
Closing & Cash Flow Support
- Update actual cash data for monthly cash flow reporting
- Support the monthly closing process related to cash transactions
Banking Administration
- Manage banking administration and coordinate operational matters with banks
- Maintain good working relationships with bank representatives
Internal Control
- Ensure completeness of documentation and compliance with internal SOPs
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or similar role
- Strong understanding of payment processes and bank reconciliation
- Familiar with cash flow reporting support and monthly closing processes
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong sense of control
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-transaction environment
