Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT outsourcing and staffing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Understand client workforce needs and propose suitable IT manpower and outsourcing solutions
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and partnerships
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and internal teams to ensure successful client fulfillment
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably within the IT outsourcing or staffing industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and outsourcing business models (C2C/Contract)
- Strategic mindset with strong client management and leadership abilities
- Having an existing database of potential clients is a strong plus
