Online Media Associate  

The Online Media Associate supports the planning, implementation, and reporting of digital media campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn digital media operations.

Summary

The Media Associate assists the Media Team in executing approved media plans, monitoring campaign delivery, and consolidating reports. The role focuses on operational accuracy, coordination, and continuous learning across digital platforms.

• Assists in implementing digital media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic platforms)
• Ensures the fulfillment of campaign KPIs
• Supports preparation of media plans, implementation trackers, and campaign documents
• Helps coordinate asset requirements and campaign timelines with internal teams
• Monitors live campaigns for pacing and delivery under the supervision of senior team members
• Updates media trackers and campaign monitoring sheets accurately and on time
• Consolidates data for weekly and post-campaign reports
• Ensures files, reports, and trackers are organized and up to date
• Flags discrepancies or delivery concerns to the immediate supervisor
• Participates in internal training sessions and platform learning programs
• Collaborates closely with Accounts, PR, and external media partners for smooth execution
• Supports documentation of processes and implementation best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

Essential

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Social media savvy
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn digital media platforms and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Basic familiarity with social media advertising platforms
