Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems.
- Collaborate with related product teams to improve our understanding about product requirements.
- Response to inquiries from other teams related to issues found in the production environment and help to identify & troubleshoot the issues.
- Write and maintain technical documentation about flow, data, and processes in our systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers in improving overall quality of the system & code base
- Mentoring other engineers & help improve overall engineering knowledge & skill level.
- Stay updated with the latest advancement in software engineering technique & devops tools.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent skill in at least one of these programming languages such as: Java, Kotlin, C#, Go, or TypeScript.
- Willing to work using our current stack: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
- Proficient enough in SQL.
- Having good system design skills.
- Experience developing & maintaining publicly accessible backend systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with Docker and/or Docker Compose
- Have experiences writing good unit tests
- Have experiences setting up CI pipelines, preferable using Github Actions or container-based pipelines.
