About Us:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle product issues, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
- Provide product and policy information.
- Continuously improve service procedures based on feedback.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, max age 27.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Willing to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays (fixed schedule).
- Good communication skills; able to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Quick and accurate typing; basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- High empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
