Podcast Manager  

We are looking for a Podcast Manager to drive revenue growth by managing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertiser relationships for our podcasts. This role involves securing sponsorship deals, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and optimizing ad placements to maximize ROI for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners, while fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Pitch and secure sponsorship deals for individual podcasts as well as the network as a whole.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and podcast hosts) to seamlessly execute and optimize campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with brands and agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with actionable insights on ad effectiveness.
• Oversee podcast scheduling and coordinate with talents and hosts to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or sponsorships, preferably in media, advertising, or podcasting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for the podcasting and digital media industry.
