- Can create/ provide operating guidelines in production, such as:
- Garment & Fabric costing
- Problem solving & implementation of procedure & standards on garment development
- Method analysis of production processes
- Ability to expand capacity & capabilities of production departments, line balancing is a plus.
- Improve the ability of production to deliver products ON TIME (provides a solution)
- Implement Internal controls and ensure management information is in place.
2. Flexible, quick to pick up new skills & automation.
3. Monitor operation & trigger corrective actions/ solutions to the owners.
4. Can manage the raw-mats warehouse and or cutting department is a plus.
5. Show expertise in managing the entire production activities from development/raw materials to delivery.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in garment production or operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, improve efficiency, and meet production goals.
