Account Management

• Manage high-tier SMB partner accounts, fostering strategic relationships based on trust.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and fulfillment.
• Analyze partner performance data and develop strategies for business growth.
• Drive revenue through marketing initiatives and partner expansion.
• Customize Grab product offerings based on partner business needs.
• Support collection efforts to ensure business compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on company products and industry trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis and act as a client advocate to enhance the partner experience.

Project Management

• Assist Project Manager in evaluating project requirements and execution plans.
• Monitor productivity and performance of AMEs (Account Management Executives) on assigned tasks/projects.
• Ensure team meets set KPIs and campaign targets.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and impact.
• Perform other assigned project-related functions as needed.
• Stay updated on trends and competitor strategies to assess business implications.

Client Management

• Engage in client and partner brainstorming, ideation, and strategy meetings.
• Prepare and submit performance and progress reports to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1- 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proven expertise in account handling and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and reporting abilities
• Able to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Willing to work onsite and conduct regular fieldwork
