Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end project execution across both structured and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze operational and business data to support decision-making and identify improvements.
- Prepare clear and structured reports (spreadsheets & presentations).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Support daily operations and act as a problem-solver to improve workflows and systems.
- Handle dynamic situations, including field coordination and urgent tasks across locations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in project, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in spreadsheets (formulas & data processing) and presentations.
- Strong communication skills; flexible in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight and shifting deadlines.
- Adaptable, practical, and able to work in unstructured situations with good judgment.
