Strategy & Operations Consultant  

Role Overview:

The Strategy & Operations role will play a critical role in driving our company’s vision forward, overseeing key projects, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance or data science, paired with a deep interest in project management and strategic operations. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing high-impact projects and building a solid foundation for operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage a wide range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver value to the business.

Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights, create performance reports, and track KPIs across the organization.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO to set company priorities, roadmap, and goals. Prepare business cases, presentations, and strategic plans.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on objectives, streamline communication, and foster collaboration.

Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and key clients, as required.

Special Projects: Take ownership of critical initiatives that have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success. Drive the operationalization of new business strategies.

Skills:

Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Data Savvy: Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Project Management: Proven project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, with a knack for solving complex problems and driving strategic outcomes.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Who You Are:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role with a strong emphasis on finance, data science, or consulting. Prior experience in a high-growth environment or a similar role is a plus.
