- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, accounting policies, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding accounting-related concerns.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with BIR regulations and tax compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
