- Create graphic designs and guide the team in producing visual elements for FTA promotions, digital campaigns, and activations.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure that designs align with the brand and advertising targets.
- Develop motion graphics and lead team in creating graphic elements and animations that reflect creative vision.
- Coordinate with editors to produce promotional videos that match creative concepts and meet production timelines.
- Guide the design team in determining key visuals and integrating them across various media platforms.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a similar role in the creative or media industry.
- Proven experience leading a design team or project coordination in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Family and in motion graphics tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Google Web Designer and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in UI/UX design tools
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven capability to execute creative design strategies and communicate effectively with clients and sales teams.
