- Gather custom requirement information from clients and the sales team.
- Coordinate with relevant internal KGX teams to address clients’ custom needs.
- Present all gathered information into a customized business process.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to determine the rate offered to clients.
- Conduct coordination meetings with clients to finalize solutions.
- Ensure all relevant internal KGX teams understand the project workflow.
- Oversee project implementation to align with agreed mechanisms.
- Conduct regular evaluations for each executed project.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Experience in a similar role and in the logistics industry.
- Familiar with project management activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, highly initiative, and innovative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to operate computer applications (Ms. Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Mind Map).
