- Support Product Strategy: Support the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and making strategic decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Lead analysis of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine a sustainable product roadmap and the right set of learning features to drive engagement and business goals
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks such as defining project scope, setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- User Experience Optimization: Work closely with the design team to ensure that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) meet high standards and align with user needs and expectations.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Prior experience in marketing digital learning products.

Min. bachelor's degree in any or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive product improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology trends, digital products, and understanding of software development processes.
