- Provide comprehensive administrative and academic support services to lecturers, students, and students’ parents by responding to inquiries, coordinating communication, and assisting with academic-related needs.
- Ensure that all lecture and learning activities are well-organized, efficiently managed, and run smoothly in accordance with institutional policies and schedules.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma (D3) in Administration, Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in records management and document filing systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
