- Develop and execute Business Development strategies to drive overall company growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and key accounts.
- Be directly involved in pitching, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze market conditions, event industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and report business performance, sales pipelines, and forecasts regularly to management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in Event Organizer, Creative Agency, Advertising, or Activation Agency is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in handling corporate clients and strategic accounts.
- Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Placement : Palmerah. Central Jakarta and Work From Office
