- Own product outcomes from problem discovery, solution delivery, post-launch optimization
- Translate business goals and user problems into clear product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
- Lead discovery using data, user research, and qualitative insights
- Write clear, concise, and actionable product requirements (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Work closely with Design to ensure usability, clarity, and strong UX decisions
- Partner with Engineering to balance scope, tech constraints, and delivery timelines
- Make informed trade-offs using data, impact analysis, and product judgment
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-release
- Communicate product direction and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Act as a product role model: structured thinking, strong ownership, and high execution standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (digital products / tech environment)
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) required, Master’s degree (S2) is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of product discovery frameworks and experimentation
- Proven experience owning products or major product areas end-to-end
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent problem framing and prioritization skills
- Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teams
- Able to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
