• Evaluate tenant proposals or scout potential counters that enhance customer experience. Provide strategic recommendations on tenant mix per location.
• Develop strategic Planogram frameworks for non-book display where familiarity meets serendipity.
• Interpret velocity, sell-through, inventory turnover, and space productivity. Provide strategic direction for non-book acquiring decisions.
• Understand cultural currents that affect non-book relevance.

Background : 2-3 years of experience in merchandising strategy roles, brand partnership strategy, tenant development teams in lifestyle retail strategy.

Technical Competencies

• Strong grasp of cultural book ecosystems (local, regional, and global) and have the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendation of potential Brands & Tenants.
• Understands commercial models (consignment, revenue share, etc.)
• Understands the psychology of discovery & browsing behavior
