- Manage project timelines across creative, production, promotion, and distribution teams.
- Translate campaign or brand needs into merchandise development briefs.
- Track production progress with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure merchandise launches align with campaign or retail timelines.
- Support product planning and monitor merchandise performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3-4 years experience in project coordination, product development, creative agency, or merchandise projects.
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong planning capability.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
- Able to manage timelines and track project progress.
- Interest in creative products, retail, or merchandise development.
