This role is titled Customer Service, but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers. As a Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. Job Description:

  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Assist in assigning new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to some projects

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in day or night shift
  • Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta

Point Plus If You Have:

Experience in Customer Service and handle foreign customers
