Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Regularly checks all electrical installations and maintenance of the resort lighting and power equipment.
- Ensure all types of equipment are checked regularly for proper and efficient operation. In-charge of inspection, repair, overhaul and construction necessary to meet the operating requirements and high standards.
- Handle preventive and routine maintenance program.
- Responsible for the proper utilization of tool and equipment.
- Carry out proposed renovation of guest rooms or public areas.
- Repair minor and mayor faults to ensure continuous equipment operations.
- Check and record all meter reading, gauges, temperature and bunker reading.
- Prepared written record to Head of Room & Maintenance / Engineering Supervisor on trouble report and emergency repair calls received and rectification.
- Knowledge of Fire and Safety including emergency procedures.
- Regular tests of fire prevention system.
- Energy saving program.
- Monitor any external or 3rd party vendor maintenance jobs.
- All guest requests are given priority.
- Perform other duties that may be required of department head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
