Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, including compensation and benefits frameworks, that are aligned with the overall business objectives

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with fiscal regulations

• Lead the talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent through competitive market positioning

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations, recommending best practices for payroll and employee relations

• Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
