The Sr. Marketing Manager | Hawke Integration will lead omnichannel digital marketing strategy and agency integration to drive coordinated growth across social and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee omnichannel marketing strategy across social media and paid advertising platforms.
• Manage and coordinate agency partners to ensure alignment with internal goals.
• Ensure channels work together cohesively (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
• Monitor performance benchmarks and adjust strategies for optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and campaign initiatives.

Must-have Qualifications

• Strong omnichannel digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing an external marketing agency.
• Deep understanding of how multiple paid channels influence each other.
• Highly organized with strong project management background.
• Experience in social media and paid advertising strategy.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working US time zones
