Lab Coach Integration Manager

Purpose: Own end-to-end lab-to-coach integrations, translating business and operational needs into clear technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business, lab, and operational requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Serve as intermediary between product owners, lab operations, vendors, and the app development team.
• Evaluate scope, feasibility, and developer estimates objectively.
• Improve integration quality as new lab tests are introduced regularly.
• Coordinate with external vendors for requirement clarification and user testing.
• Maintain neutrality and systems-level oversight across integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical documentation.
• Systems thinking and ability to evaluate scope and feasibility.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working overlapping US & Manila time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience in lab operations, health services, or similar environments.
• Experience working with API-driven vendors or third-party integrations.
