- Responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining all system infrastructure availability, performance, and security
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot applications running on IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Oversee the development and installation of new software
- Perform system administration for Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
- Manage and support IBM DB2 Database, including monitoring, basic tuning, and backup & recovery
- Analyze and optimize system and application performance
- Develop, analyze, and execute queries using Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Support deployment, patching, and routine system maintenance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role
- Have an experience in Middleware tools such as IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Have experience with IBM HTTP Server and websphere plugin configuration
- Experience with Linux Redhat Operating System
- Proficiency in programming languanges such as SQL and system integration solutions.
- Strong analytical skills in understanding user demands and providing effective solutions
- Good team player with the right customer attitude
- Good communication in english both verbal & written
- Familiar with banking industry is a plus
