Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Monitor and optimize database performance through query tuning, index management, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Manage database security, including user access controls, permissions, and auditing to protect sensitive information.
- Identify and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of database architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with application development teams to support database-related tasks and provide best practices for database design and usage.
- Analyze database capacity and performance trends to plan for future growth and resource allocation.
- Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong focus on Microsoft SQL Server.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Knowledge of SQL Server security best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for database performance analysis.
