- Receive, log, and verify incident reports and service requests from users
- Perform initial analysis and determine ticket priority
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and attempt first-time fix where possible
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 and L3 support teams
- Monitor ticket progress until resolution and ensure clear communication with users
- Maintain proper documentation in ticketing systems (chronology, actions taken, resolution)
- Ensure issues are handled in accordance with agreed SLA
- Prepare daily summary reports of incidents and service requests
- Provide basic user guidance related to application usage
- Contribute to monthly issue analysis and improvement suggestions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Application Support
- Experience handling incident management and working with ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of application architecture (3-layer concept is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of database/query (SQL – CRUD is a plus)
- Familiar with SLA-based support environment
- Experience in financial industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
