Job Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
- Set up ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc., based on business needs.
- Business Analysis
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Customization & Development
- Create workflows, scripts (JavaScript), UI policies, integrations, and custom apps.
- Integration
- Connect ServiceNow with other systems (SAP, Salesforce, APIs, etc.).
- Testing & Deployment
- Ensure solutions work properly and deploy them into production environments.
- Training & Support
- Guide users and provide documentation or troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Technical Skill
- ServiceNow platform knowledge (modules like ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
- JavaScript & scripting
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Integration knowledge (REST, SOAP APIs)
Certifications
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, HR, etc.)
