Company Description

Nova Tech Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced with Phyton, AI, Django, PHP to shape the user interfaces and experiences of our software products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Nova Tech Solutions’ projects, including Nova Care’s EVV system and various web and mobile applications developed for the company and its affiliated organizations. Your designs will play a crucial role in ensuring our software is easy to use and visually appealing. This position will start as remote work and later transition to on-site. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Back End Developer working with a cross functional team, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least one certification or formal training in user experience or design.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer located in Metro Manila with some work-from-home options. The Back End Developer will be responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do. The Back End Developer will develop and maintain web applications, troubleshoot and debug systems, and ensure seamless integration of various APIs and services. In collaboration with front-end developers, the Back End Developer will optimize performance and ensure responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
