- Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen the company’s public image
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and media statements
- Manage communication and provide strategic responses to media inquiries
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged
- Ensure communication consistency across all internal channels (email, intranet, corporate social media)
- Work closely with the marketing team to create consistent brand messaging
- Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and networking activities
- Represent the company in public speaking engagements, media interviews, and industry events
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education min. Bachelor degree Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communication, or media relations
- Experience in marketinFinancial technology (start-up), financial company
- Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple communication platforms and channels
- Proficiency in content creation, press release writing, and corporate messaging
- Excellent media relations and public speaking abilities
