- Lead projects from planning and PRD creation to UAT/PTR and official go-live.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal data analysis to identify product improvements.
- Monitor product performance to ensure maximum reliability and availability.
- Develop SOPs, sales pitch decks, and training materials for internal teams.
- Act as the key bridge between internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with an S1 degree in Management, Business, or IT.
- Familiarity with FMCG Supply Chain, Distributor Management Systems (DMS), and ERP.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Flowchart Design, supplu chain management and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and effective stakeholder management.
