- Manage the application, renewal, and correspondence related to business licenses and products/services with Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of routine and incidental reports to regulators (BI/OJK)
- Develop, review, and socialize internal policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant to current laws
- Monitor the latest regulatory changes and conduct gap analysis on their impact on business operations
- Provide compliance advice to business units regarding product development and the execution of strategic projects
- Execute other compliance tasks as defined based on organizational needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Compliance or Legal within the financial services industry (Fintech, Banking, or Multifinance).
- Risk Management Certification or a professional compliance certification is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations.
- Proficient in Legal Drafting for documents and policies.
- Fluent in operating regulatory reporting systems
- Strong legal research and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external regulators.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- High integrity and exceptional attention to detail
