Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Align with Management and horizontal units on Business direction, risk appetite, and Risk policy
- Derive risk strategy, including but not limited to, risk policy, manpower planning, OKR, Product improvement plan, budgeting, SOP improvement, internal projects, and projects in external stakeholder management
- Build, evaluate, and improve risk register and category, whether it’s Existing Business Process or New Projects.
- Build and manage Risk team and the performance of the team.
- Mitigate risk by alerting management on incoming risk and present regular report and analysis on Company risk situation
- Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to risk management and ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Involved in resolution of cases involving litigation and law enforcement.
- Lead Organization Risk Committee cadence
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in risk management within the financial technology, banking, or related industries, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of fintech products, services, and associated risks
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment methodologies, and risk modeling tools
- Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent in Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)
