- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and campaigns while ensuring brand consistency
- Identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships with event organizers and collaborators to enhance product visibility, increasing brand awareness, revenue, company goals and marketing objectives
- Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial collaboration term, partnership agreements for maximum brand exposure
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal (sales, marketing, product) and external stakeholders (vendors, agencies, corporate partners) to enhance brand initiatives and ensure seamless and successful event execution
- Develop actionable recommendations and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of future event collaborations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2+ years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, partnerships, or related fields and graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. MICE)
- Well-established connections within the events industry, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative and strategic thinking with strong project management skills
- Willing to travel on a business trip and WFO (BSD - South Tangerang)
