As a Unit Manageryou will be tasked to steer the team's sales performance to align with the company's sales goals. You will also be responsible for the development of your property specialists as sales professionals. Promotion (traditional and social media) of the township, Ssaludad, will also be required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3 years of proven and successful experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar direct real estate sales role.
- Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or on-the-job training capacity is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage).
- Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Broker (REB) license.
- Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
