As Saludad's Senior Division Manager you will not just be hitting targets - you will be building a legacy. Phinma Properties is tapping into the premium market by building its first township and it is rising fast in Bacolod. You will lead an elite sales force of 20 high-performing property specialists across 4 specialized teams, turning real estate dreams into closed deals.
Saludad is actively looking for a high-energy leader who knows how to motivate champions and scale success!
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a significant advantage).
- Must hold a valid Prc Real Estate Salesperson (Res) license,
- A valid Prc Real Estate Broker (REB) license is an advantage.
- Must be accredited by the Dhsud
- Filipino Citizen
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in real estate sales.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (e.g., as a Unit Manager or equivalent) with direct responsibility for multiple teams.
- A proven and stellar track record of consistently exceeding division-level sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale team building, strategic planning, and business development
