EC Merchandising Planning  

Main Responsibilities E-Commerce Merchandising Planning:
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Analyze sales trends and support demand planning.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Develop and manage merchandise plans to achieve business targets.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Oversee inventory planning.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial and promotional initiatives.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Align execution across e-commerce platforms and related channels.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Fluent in English is a must (written & spoken)
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data analysis, trend identification, and opportunity/risk assessment.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Comfortable with basic statistics and data-driven decision making.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Prominent level of computer literacy.
